Tendering Process will be conducted through the Open National Tender Method. All Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during office hours 0900 hours to 1600 hours from Monday to Friday excluding lunch hour (1300 to 1400hours) and public holidays.
A complete set of tender documents in English shall be downloaded for free from Kiambere-Mwingi Water & Sanitation Company (KIMWASCO) website www.kimwasco.co.ke and immediately email the firm’s name and contacts details to info@kimwasco.co.ke/kimwasco@gmail.com for records and communication for any tender clarifications or addenda.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box next to the Managing Director’s Office, Kiambere-Mwingi Water & Sanitation Company, Ministry of Information and Communication Building, Kyuso road Junction- Mwingi Town at the address below so as to be received on or before 14th July 2022 at 12.00 Noon EAT. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
KIMWASCO reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
